The legal consultation is the first and most important step to properly assess your situation and define the most effective legal strategy for your case.
During the consultation, your personal, professional, and legal circumstances are carefully analyzed, including your objectives, timelines, documentation, and any potential legal or fiscal risks. This allows us to determine whether you meet the legal requirements for the desired procedure and, if so, which pathway is the most secure and suitable for your profile.
Rather than offering generic solutions, the consultation is designed to provide personalized legal guidance, clarify doubts, prevent mistakes, and avoid unnecessary costs or delays. At the end of the consultation, you will have a clear understanding of your options, the feasibility of your case, and the next steps to move forward with confidence.
If your case is eligible and you decide to proceed, a tailored proposal will be presented based on your specific needs.
The consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes and is conducted online via Google Meet.
The fee is € 140.00. If you later decide to hire the firm’s services, the full consultation fee will be deducted from the final quotation.

Submitting documents in advance is not mandatory, but it allows for a more accurate analysis and a more efficient consultation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we kindly ask the client to provide as much notice as possible to reschedule the appointment. Likewise, should any unforeseen issue arise on the lawyer’s side, the client will be promptly informed.
