I'm the founder of Poliseni and a Brazilian–European qualified lawyer based in Bergamo, Italy, with over 14 years of experience. I focus on Immigration and Sports Law, and I am licensed to practice in Brazil, Portugal, and Italy, as well as before international and arbitration courts.
Beyond litigation, I am also highly skilled in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. My clients can expect genuine curiosity, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
I am fluent in Portuguese, Italian, and English.
